Please read these policies carefully before using our services. By enrolling at Infinite π Academy, you agree to all terms stated below.

Section 01
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Infinite π Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us", "our") and its students, parents, and guardians ("you", "the user"). By enrolling in our courses or using our portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.1 Admission & Enrolment

Admission to Infinite π Academy is subject to the availability of seats and the Academy's eligibility criteria. Enrolment is considered complete only upon receipt of the required admission documents and the payment of the registration or admission fee.

  • Students must be enrolled in Class 9, 10, 11, or 12 at a recognised CBSE/State board school.
  • All information provided during admission must be accurate and complete. Submission of false information may result in immediate cancellation of enrolment without refund.
  • The Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission without stating reasons.
  • A student is formally enrolled only after signing the Admission Form and paying the required fee.
  • Guardians/parents must sign the admission form on behalf of students who are minors (below 18 years).
  • The Academy may place students in appropriate batches based on an assessment test.

1.2 Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a respectful, disciplined, and conducive learning environment. The following standards of behaviour are mandatory:

  • Respect: Students must treat all faculty members, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times, both inside and outside the Academy premises.
  • No Harassment: Any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination, or physical/verbal abuse will result in immediate suspension or expulsion.
  • Mobile Phones: Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during class hours. Use of phones for non-academic purposes is not permitted during lectures.
  • Uniform / Dress Code: Students are expected to dress modestly and appropriately. The Academy may enforce a dress code at its discretion.
  • Property: Students must not damage or misuse Academy property. Any damage caused will be charged to the student/guardian.
  • Language: Use of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language on premises or on any Academy platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Cheating: Any form of academic dishonesty, including copying, cheating in tests, or plagiarism, will attract disciplinary action including suspension.
  • Social Media: Students must not post defamatory, offensive, or misleading content about the Academy, its staff, or fellow students on any platform.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent expulsion at the Academy's discretion. No refund will be applicable in the event of expulsion due to misconduct.

1.3 Academics, Tests & Assignments

  • All scheduled tests, unit tests, and assessments are mandatory. Absence from tests without prior written notice will be marked as zero.
  • Re-tests are granted only in cases of documented medical emergencies or genuine personal emergencies, at the Academy's sole discretion.
  • Assignments must be submitted on or before the due date. Late submissions may attract a grade penalty or be rejected.
  • The Academy follows a DPP (Daily Practice Problem) system. Students are expected to solve and submit DPP sheets regularly.
  • Rank lists and result cards will be published after each major test. Results are confidential to the student and parent.
  • The Academy may change the syllabus schedule, teachers, or batch timings based on operational requirements, with prior notice wherever possible.

1.4 Attendance Policy

  • A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students.
  • Students falling below 75% attendance may be barred from appearing in internal tests.
  • Continuous absence for more than 15 consecutive days without prior notification may result in automatic de-enrolment. Re-admission fees will apply to rejoin.
  • Leave applications must be submitted in writing or via WhatsApp to the academy coordinator before the intended leave, except in emergencies.
  • Attendance records are shared with parents/guardians on request and are accessible through the Parent Portal.

1.5 Digital Platform & Portal Use

  • Portal login credentials (Application ID and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
  • Any misuse of the student/parent portal, including but not limited to attempting to access other students' data, will lead to immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
  • Recorded lectures and study materials made available on the portal are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, downloading for redistribution, or screen-recording of paid content is strictly prohibited.
  • The Academy is not responsible for technical failures such as internet outages on the student's end during live classes.
  • All live classes and recordings are the intellectual property of Infinite π Academy.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All course content including but not limited to notes, DPP sheets, recorded lectures, test papers, presentations, and teaching methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Infinite π Academy. Reproduction, distribution, uploading to third-party platforms, or commercial use of any Academy content without written permission is a violation of copyright law and will be prosecuted accordingly.

1.7 Changes to Terms

The Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via the portal, WhatsApp broadcast, or notice board at the Academy. Continued enrolment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Infinite π Academy is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information entrusted to us by students, parents, and guardians. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2.1 Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

2.2 How We Use Your Information

  • To process admissions, maintain student records, and issue certificates/ID cards.
  • To communicate academic updates, test schedules, results, and announcements via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls.
  • To provide access to the Student Portal, Parent Portal, and online classes.
  • To track attendance, academic performance, and progress over time.
  • To process fee payments and send payment reminders.
  • To respond to queries, complaints, or concerns raised by students or parents.
  • To send WhatsApp broadcasts regarding holidays, exam dates, and important notices.
  • To improve our teaching methods, course content, and Academy operations.
  • To comply with legal obligations, if any.

2.3 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Faculty: Teachers may access student academic data relevant to their classes for the purpose of teaching and assessment only.
  • With Parents/Guardians: Parents will receive their ward's academic performance, attendance, and fee records through authorised channels.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Safety Situations: In emergencies, relevant personal information may be shared with emergency services or medical personnel.
  • Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace) to facilitate communication and operations. These providers are bound by their own privacy commitments.
We will never share your Aadhaar number, bank details, or full government ID information with any unauthorised party. Partial Aadhaar (last 4 digits only) may be used for verification purposes.

2.4 Cookies & Portal Data

Our portal uses session storage and browser cookies to keep you logged in during your session. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used. Session data is cleared when you close the browser or log out. We do not use your portal usage data for advertising purposes.

2.5 Your Rights

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time.
  • Right to Correction: You may request correction of any inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Right to Deletion: Upon leaving the Academy, you may request deletion of non-essential personal data. Academic records may be retained for up to 5 years as required.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for marketing communications (e.g., WhatsApp broadcasts) at any time.
  • Data Security: We implement reasonable physical and digital security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Section 03
Fee Structure & Payment Terms

3.1 Course Fees

Fees stated above are indicative. Actual fees are confirmed at the time of admission. Fees may vary based on batch type (offline/online/hybrid) or special programmes.

3.2 Merit Scholarship

  • Monthly Merit Award: Top 5 students in each batch each month receive a 20% fee waiver for the following month's instalment.
  • Annual Excellence Scholarship: Students maintaining 90%+ attendance and finishing in the top 3 of their batch for the full year receive a 50% fee waiver for the next academic year.
  • Scholarships are subject to performance verification and are non-transferable.

3.3 Payment Terms

  • An admission/registration fee (as notified at time of enrolment) is payable at the time of joining and is non-refundable.
  • Quarterly instalments are due on the 1st of the respective month. A grace period of 7 days is provided.
  • A late payment fee of ₹200 per week will be levied on instalments not paid within the grace period.
  • Non-payment for 30 days will result in suspension of portal access and bar from tests until dues are cleared.
  • All payments must be made via the methods designated by the Academy (cash at office, UPI, bank transfer). Receipts will be issued for all payments.
  • Fees once submitted are not transferable to another student.
Section 04
Refund Policy
Please read this section carefully before enrolling. Refunds are governed by the timeline of the withdrawal request relative to the commencement date of classes.

4.1 Refund Schedule

Refunds are applicable only on the tuition fee component and are calculated as follows:

4.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Admission / Registration Fee — This is a one-time processing fee and is non-refundable regardless of withdrawal timing.
  • Study Material & Books — Any printed or digital material provided at or after admission is non-refundable once issued.
  • Test / Examination Fees — Fees paid for any specific test series, mock exams, or competitive exam registrations are non-refundable.
  • Portal Access Charges — If a separate charge is levied for portal or digital resource access, it is non-refundable once access is granted.
  • Cases of Expulsion — No refund will be provided if a student is expelled due to disciplinary violations or misconduct.
  • Transfer Fees — Any fee paid for batch transfer or course migration is non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT be issued if the withdrawal is due to student misconduct, violation of the Code of Conduct, or academic dishonesty. Decisions made by the Academy Management in such cases are final.

4.3 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Step 1 – Submit a Written Request: Contact the Academy via WhatsApp at +91 63071 75723 or visit the office in person. Clearly state your name, Application ID, reason for withdrawal, and the amount paid.
  2. Step 2 – Submit Supporting Documents: Provide the original fee receipt(s) and, where applicable, documentary evidence supporting the reason for withdrawal (e.g., medical certificate, transfer letter).
  3. Step 3 – Verification: The Academy will verify the request, calculate the applicable refund as per the schedule above, and communicate the outcome within 7 working days.
  4. Step 4 – Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of approval. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during fee payment (cash/UPI/bank transfer as applicable).
Processing Timeline: Refund decisions within 7 working days · Refund credited within 15 working days of approval · Academy closed on Sundays and public holidays.

4.4 Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases such as serious illness, bereavement, or relocation, the Academy may consider a special refund or fee credit at its sole discretion. Supporting documentation will be required. Such decisions are case-by-case and do not constitute a general entitlement.

If the Academy discontinues a course or programme, students will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for the discontinued course, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

Section 05
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Infinite π Academy provides coaching and educational support services. The Academy does not guarantee any specific academic outcome, rank, or result in any examination (including JEE, NEET, or board exams). Results depend on individual student effort, aptitude, and consistency.

  • The Academy shall not be liable for failure to achieve expected scores or results.
  • The Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of its services.
  • In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, governmental orders, power failures, etc.), the Academy shall not be held liable for interruption of classes. Alternative arrangements (online classes, recorded lectures) will be made wherever possible.
  • The Academy is not liable for loss of personal belongings on the premises.
  • Use of the digital portal is at the user's own risk. The Academy is not liable for any data loss or technical disruption beyond its control.

5.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from enrolment, fees, or the application of these policies, the following process applies:

  1. Step 1 – Direct Resolution: The parent/student should first raise the concern directly with the Academy management via WhatsApp or in person. Most concerns are resolved at this stage within 5 working days.
  2. Step 2 – Written Complaint: If unresolved, submit a written complaint addressed to the Principal/Management of Infinite π Academy. A written response will be provided within 10 working days.
  3. Step 3 – Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to resolve it through mutual arbitration before approaching any court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ludhiana, Punjab.
  4. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

5.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; the Information Technology Act, 2000; and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
